LIDO Festival Installations

For the inaugural LIDO Festival in London’s Victoria Park, Spacial were asked to design, produce and install three experiential structures. First up is a 48-metre long bar structure inspired by a US roadside motel and supplied as low volume cladding panels for a demountable scaffolding structure. The second structure takes inspiration from the boarded up industrial buildings of the UK’s nightclub landscape. The Club is a walk-through marquee facade upcycled from a previous experiential life with different brand. And finally, we produced an entrance backdrop from the LIDO logo with a structure made from locally grown larch timber.
